Wellbeing Week

This week we celebrated Wellbeing Week with a focus on gratitude, empathy and mindfulness. Some of our resources for the week came from The Resilience Project. If you’d like to find out more about this great resource, the link is available here.

Gratitude journaling was an activity that allowed students to express and reflect on parts of their lives they are grateful for. Some of our students used their Writer’s Notebook to brainstorm and collate vocabulary that would support and improve their journaling. Some of our students have been happy to share their writing.
